In most cases, such patterns must persist for a period of at least twelve (12) months before anyone may consider a formal diagnosis.

Understanding Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that allows you to request restrictions on your access to our Services. By submitting a self-exclusion request, you ask us to limit your ability to access or use our Services.

As a result, we also depend on your cooperation and ongoing commitment to comply with the self-exclusion terms.
During a self-exclusion period, we will restrict access to your account or the Services. This includes the suspension of daily login access, login rewards, and other related account activities.
Once we receive your self-exclusion request, we will review and process it within a reasonable period after verifying your identity and the details you provided. You will receive a confirmation email once we complete your request. We strongly recommend that you log out of your account immediately after submitting your request and refrain from accessing our Services or related social media channels until we complete the self-exclusion process.
During any self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access the Services or create any new account. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion may result in permanent account suspension. We reserve the right to block or terminate duplicate accounts associated with the same individual. Please note that if you continue to use your account after submitting a self-exclusion request but before the request has been fully processed, you will remain responsible for any activity that occurs during that period, including any transactions made within the Services.
Detection of Problematic Behavior and Account Suspension
We regularly monitor and assess participant activity in the Services. If we detect unusual, inappropriate, or other activity that breaches this Policy or any Incorporated Policies, we may take immediate action—without receiving a self-exclusion request from you—to restrict access to your account. These measures may include disabling or suspending daily logins, login rewards, and other related account features or functions. We may also continue to monitor your in-platform behavior and account activity to help identify and reduce problematic conduct within our Services.
Account Closure and Refund Policy
We will treat account deletion requests as account closure requests. Applicable laws may require us to retain certain of your data, including but not limited to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance obligations. Permanent self-exclusion operates as irreversible and cannot be undone under any circumstances. If you request account closure under this Policy, or if we determine that closing your account under this Policy or applicable laws becomes necessary, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account.
In the event that we close your account, whether at your request or by the Company pursuant to this Policy, the Incorporated Policies, or any applicable laws, we will treat any remaining balances as follows:
(a) Sweepstakes Coins: We recommend you redeem any redeemable balance in your account before setting a self-exclusion on your account. Upon closure of your account, any remaining Sweepstakes Coins that have been lawfully obtained, where eligible for redemption or not, is deemed to be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to withhold or deduct any Sweepstakes Coins in cases involving participant's fraudulent conduct, abuse, or violation of this Policy and the Incorporated Policies.
(b) Gold Coins and Non-Redeemable Virtual Items: Gold Coins and any other non-redeemable virtual items have no monetary value and will be deemed forfeited upon account closure.
(c) Fraud and Misconduct: In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of this Policy and the Incorporated Policies, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and to void, withhold, or deduct any balances, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
To the extent not expressly addressed above, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, to determine the treatment of any remaining balances, virtual currency, credits, or other items of value associated with your account upon suspension, closure, or termination. Such determination may include, without limitation, the retention, forfeiture, conversion, or other disposition of such balances or items, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Self-Limitation
We recognize that some participants may wish to place limits on their gameplay. To promote responsible use of the Services, we offer tools that allow users to set spending limits, including daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a request is received, we will make reasonable efforts to apply the requested limits as promptly as possible.
