Part 1 — Introduction & Relationship to Other Documents
THIS RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY (THE "POLICY") IS A BINDING COMPONENT OF THE REGULATORY FRAMEWORK GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IT MUST BE READ AND UNDERSTOOD TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES, THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND THE GAME STATEMENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "INCORPORATED POLICIES"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES (AS DEFINED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE), YOU SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY AND ALL INCORPORATED POLICIES.
Luma Field Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") publishes this Policy to set forth its commitment to responsible gaming and to establish the standards, tools, and procedures through which participants (also referred to as "you" or "your") can maintain healthy engagement with the Services.
The Company's position on responsible gaming rests on a core principle: interaction with the Services should function as entertainment, and should not produce adverse effects on any other dimension of a participant's life — including financial wellbeing, personal relationships, professional obligations, or mental health.
Although the Services and the Promotional Play do not constitute gambling, the Company acknowledges that interactive and reward-based features may, for certain individuals, trigger behavioral patterns resembling problematic or compulsive play. This Policy exists to address that possibility directly. As a condition of accessing or using the Services, each participant is required to read, understand, and comply with every provision of this Policy.
The objectives of this Policy are threefold: first, to promote safe, balanced, and informed participation; second, to provide concrete tools — including usage limits, breaks, and self-exclusion mechanisms — that empower participants to manage their own behavior; and third, to establish clear procedures for situations where intervention becomes necessary. Any participant who believes their use of the Services is negatively affecting their wellbeing or daily life should stop using the Services immediately and seek appropriate professional support.
Part 2 — Principles of Responsible Play
The Company encourages every participant to adopt the following principles as a framework for healthy engagement with the Services:
• Approach the Services as a form of entertainment and engage with them in a measured, enjoyable manner.
• Exercise conscious control over the amount of time dedicated to gameplay sessions and over any transactions involving in-game Sweepstakes Coins.
• Recognize that gaming should not serve as an escape mechanism from personal difficulties, financial pressures, or real-life challenges.
• Prioritize maintaining equilibrium between time spent on the Services and time devoted to other activities, responsibilities, relationships, and personal commitments.
• Ensure that engagement with the Services does not interfere with work performance, family responsibilities, educational pursuits, or other significant obligations.
• Refrain from accessing the Services while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any other condition that impairs judgment or decision-making capacity.
• Cease play immediately upon experiencing discomfort, frustration, or any sense that control over gaming behavior is diminishing.
Adherence to these principles helps ensure that the Services remain a positive, enjoyable experience rather than a source of stress or harm.
Part 3 — Recognizing Warning Signs of Problematic Behavior
Early awareness of problematic behavioral patterns is critical to preventing escalation. The Company encourages all participants to honestly evaluate their gaming habits on a regular basis and to remain alert to the following indicators:
• Increasing difficulty controlling gaming behavior — whether measured by frequency of sessions, intensity of engagement, duration of play, or inability to stop at intended times;
• A gradual shift in priorities where gaming displaces other hobbies, social activities, responsibilities, or daily routines that previously held importance;
• Continuation or escalation of gaming activity despite the emergence of negative consequences in personal, social, financial, or professional areas of life;
• Feelings of irritability, restlessness, or anxiety when unable to access the Services or when attempting to reduce gaming time;
• Concealing the extent of gaming behavior from family members, friends, or colleagues.
Participants should understand that a clinical diagnosis of gaming disorder, as recognized by the World Health Organization, typically requires the behavioral pattern to be of sufficient severity to cause significant impairment in personal, family, social, educational, occupational, or other important areas of functioning. In most cases, such a pattern must persist for a minimum period of twelve (12) months before formal diagnosis may be considered by a qualified professional. However, the absence of a formal diagnosis does not diminish the importance of addressing concerning behaviors early.
Part 4 — Tools for Self-Management
The Company provides participants with tools designed to support responsible engagement with the Services. These tools operate on the principle of participant empowerment — enabling individuals to establish their own boundaries and maintain control over their gaming behavior.
4.1 Spending limits
Participants may set personal daily spending limits related to Sweepstakes Coins directly within the Services. These limits, once activated, restrict the volume of transactions a participant can complete within the specified timeframe.
4.2 Additional measures available upon request
Participants who require additional controls beyond in-platform spending limits may contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request any of the following:
• Temporary suspension of their account for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion from the Services for a specified duration (subject to the procedures described in Part 5);
• Permanent closure of their account with no possibility of reinstatement.
During any period of account suspension or self-exclusion, the affected participant cannot access their account, log into the Services, or participate in any gameplay activities. These tools exist to help participants regain and maintain control over their relationship with the Services.
Part 5 — Self-Exclusion: Procedures & Consequences
Self-exclusion is a voluntary mechanism through which a participant may request that the Company restrict their access to the Services. It represents the most significant self-management tool available and should be considered by any participant who believes they cannot adequately control their gaming behavior through lesser measures.
5.1 How to initiate self-exclusion
A participant may submit a self-exclusion request at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. The request must include the participant's full name, residential address, and registered email address so that the Company can verify identity and locate the correct account.
5.2 Minimum exclusion period and processing
Upon verification of the request and the participant's identity, the Company will block the account from accessing the Services for a minimum self-exclusion period of three (3) months. During this minimum period, the account will not be reopened under any circumstances, regardless of the participant's subsequent wishes.
Once the Company receives and validates the self-exclusion request, it will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. The participant will receive a confirmation email once implementation is complete.
5.3 What happens during self-exclusion
While self-exclusion is in effect, the following restrictions apply:
• All access to the Services is suspended, including daily login access, login rewards, and all other account-related activities;
• The participant may not create any new account on the platform;
• Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion — including creating duplicate accounts or using alternative credentials — may result in permanent account suspension and termination of all associated accounts.
The Company reserves the right to block or terminate any duplicate accounts it identifies as being associated with a self-excluded individual.
5.4 Reinstatement after the minimum period
After the minimum three (3) month self-exclusion period has elapsed, a participant who wishes to reactivate their account may submit a written request by email. Any reinstatement request is subject to a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period, measured from the date the Company receives the request, before any action is taken to restore access.
5.5 Limitations of self-exclusion technology
The Company will deploy reasonable measures to enforce self-exclusion and prevent the participant from accessing the Services. However, no technical system can guarantee absolute prevention of access in every conceivable scenario. For this reason, the Company also relies on the participant's personal commitment and cooperation in honoring the self-exclusion terms they have voluntarily requested.
5.6 Participant responsibility during processing
The Company strongly recommends that participants log out of their account immediately upon submitting a self-exclusion request and refrain from accessing the Services or any related social media channels until the exclusion process is fully implemented. If a participant continues to use their account after submitting a request but before the request has been fully processed, the participant remains fully responsible for any activity — including any transactions — that occurs during that interim period.
Part 6 — Company-Initiated Monitoring & Intervention
The Company does not rely solely on participant-initiated requests to address problematic behavior. We regularly monitor and assess participant activity within the Services through automated and manual review processes.
Where the Company detects unusual, inappropriate, or policy-violating activity — whether or not the participant has submitted a self-exclusion request — it may take immediate protective action. Such action may include, without limitation:
• Disabling or suspending daily logins and login rewards;
• Restricting access to specific features or account functions;
• Suspending or terminating the account entirely;
• Implementing enhanced monitoring of the participant's in-platform behavior and account activity.
These measures are designed to identify and reduce problematic conduct within the Services and to protect both the affected participant and the integrity of the platform. The Company exercises this authority at its sole discretion and is not required to provide advance notice before taking protective action.
Part 7 — Account Closure, Forfeiture & Refund Provisions
7.1 Treatment of account deletion requests
Any request for account deletion will be treated as an account closure request under this Policy. Applicable laws may require the Company to retain certain data following closure, including data necessary for anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and other legal obligations.
Permanent self-exclusion operates as an irreversible decision and cannot be undone under any circumstances. Where the Company determines that closing an account is necessary — whether at the participant's request or pursuant to this Policy, the Incorporated Policies, or applicable law — the Company reserves the right to permanently delete the account and all associated data (subject to legally required retention).
7.2 Treatment of remaining balances upon closure
When an account is closed — whether voluntarily by the participant or by the Company pursuant to its authority under this Policy, the Incorporated Policies, or applicable law — remaining balances are treated as follows:
(a) Sweepstakes Coins: The Company recommends that participants redeem any eligible balance before initiating self-exclusion or account closure. Upon closure, any remaining Sweepstakes Coins — whether or not they have met the threshold for redemption eligibility — are deemed forfeited. The Company further reserves the right to withhold or deduct Sweepstakes Coins in cases involving fraudulent conduct, platform abuse, or violation of this Policy and the Incorporated Policies.
(b) Gold Coins and Non-Redeemable Virtual Items: Gold Coins and any other non-redeemable virtual items carry no monetary value whatsoever and are deemed automatically forfeited upon account closure. No compensation or conversion will be offered for such items.
(c) Fraud and Misconduct: Where the Company suspects fraud, misuse, or breach of this Policy or the Incorporated Policies, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately and to void, withhold, or deduct any and all balances, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.3 Residual authority regarding remaining balances
To the extent not expressly addressed by the provisions above, the Company reserves the right — at its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law — to determine the treatment of any remaining balances, virtual currency, credits, or other items of value associated with a suspended, closed, or terminated account. Such determination may include, without limitation, the retention, forfeiture, conversion, or other disposition of such balances or items, subject at all times to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Part 8 — Self-Limitation Options
Beyond self-exclusion, the Company recognizes that many participants may benefit from less restrictive mechanisms that allow them to set boundaries on their gameplay without fully suspending their account.
8.1 Available limits
Participants may request the implementation of spending limits calibrated to daily, weekly, or monthly cycles. These limits cap the total value of transactions a participant may complete within the selected timeframe and are designed to prevent unintended overspending.
8.2 How to request limits
Limit requests may be submitted to the Company's customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a request, the Company will make reasonable efforts to apply the requested limits as promptly as practicable.
8.3 Participant responsibility during implementation
Until the requested limits have been successfully implemented and confirmed by the Company, the participant remains solely responsible for monitoring their own usage and ensuring that their engagement with the Services does not exceed the boundaries they intend to establish.
8.4 Modifying or removing limits
Participants may request modification or removal of previously established limits at any time by contacting customer support. The Company may apply a reasonable processing period before effectuating changes to existing limits in order to protect participants from impulsive decisions.
Part 9 — External Support Resources
The Company encourages any participant experiencing difficulty with their gaming behavior — or any person concerned about the gaming behavior of someone they know — to explore the following avenues of support:
Professional guidance: Consider consulting a qualified medical professional, licensed therapist, or mental health specialist who has experience with behavioral disorders and compulsive behavior patterns. Professional guidance can provide personalized strategies and, where warranted, clinical treatment.
Educational resources: Understanding the nature of problematic gaming behavior, its risk factors, and its warning signs can significantly improve self-awareness and early intervention. The following external resources offer educational information:
