Administering Entity: Luma Field Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our")
Part A — Agreement & Incorporated Documents
BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR IN ANY WAY ENGAGING WITH THE SPONSOR'S SERVICES, EACH USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THESE OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL PLAY RULES (THE "RULES") CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. THESE RULES DO NOT OPERATE IN ISOLATION — THEY FORM PART OF A UNIFIED REGULATORY FRAMEWORK THAT INCLUDES THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE RESPONSIBLE GAMING POLICY, THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND THE GAME STATEMENT (REFERRED TO COLLECTIVELY AS THE "INCORPORATED POLICIES"). ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES CONSTITUTES SIMULTANEOUS ACCEPTANCE OF ALL INCORPORATED POLICIES.
THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLE IS FUNDAMENTAL TO THE PROMOTIONAL PLAY AND MUST BE CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY ALL PARTICIPANTS: ENTRY INTO AND WINNING OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES GAME REQUIRES ABSOLUTELY NO PURCHASE, NO PAYMENT, AND NO FINANCIAL COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND. THE ACT OF MAKING A PURCHASE, PAYING A FEE, OR ENTERING INTO ANY COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION WITH THE SPONSOR HAS NO BEARING WHATSOEVER ON A PARTICIPANT'S PROBABILITY OF WINNING.
Part B — Key Definitions & Interpretive Provisions
The following defined terms are central to the proper interpretation and application of these Rules. Each term shall have the meaning set forth below whenever it appears in capitalized form throughout this document:
B.1 Qualified Participant. A "Qualified Participant" is a natural person who has established lawful residency within the Permitted Territories, who meets every eligibility standard described in Part D below, and who has successfully passed through the Sponsor's account verification protocols. The determination of whether an individual qualifies as a Qualified Participant rests exclusively with the Sponsor.
B.2 Permitted Territories. The "Permitted Territories" comprise all countries, territories, states, provinces, and jurisdictions globally — except for (a) the Prohibited Territories identified in Section B.3, and (b) any other country, territory, or jurisdiction in which sweepstakes promotion is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise not permitted under the laws or regulations applicable therein as they exist from time to time.
B.3 Prohibited Territories. The following jurisdictions within the United States constitute the "Prohibited Territories" and are excluded from the scope of the Permitted Territories: Alabama, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and the State of Washington.
B.4 Promotional Play. "Promotional Play" refers to the sweepstakes promotions the Sponsor provides through its Services (as defined in the Terms of Service). Only Qualified Participants who are at least twenty-one (21) years old or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is later) at the time of entry may participate in the Promotional Play.
B.5 Sweepstakes Period. Each individual game spin within the Promotional Play games constitutes a distinct, standalone sweepstakes occurrence referred to as a "Sweepstakes Period." A Sweepstakes Period begins at the initiation of the game spin and ends immediately upon the platform displaying the spin's final result.
Part C — The Sponsor's Role & Decision-Making Authority
Luma Field Inc is the sole organizer and sponsor of the Promotional Play. No other entity, individual, or organization has any role in the administration, management, or oversight of the Promotional Play except as the Sponsor may expressly authorize.
The Sponsor exercises full and exclusive authority over all operational aspects of the Promotional Play. This authority encompasses — without limitation — decisions related to the acceptance or rejection of entries, the verification of participant eligibility, the configuration of game mechanics, the selection and valuation of prizes, the awarding or withholding of prizes, and the resolution of any dispute or inquiry that arises in connection with the Promotional Play. Every determination the Sponsor renders in these matters is final, conclusive, binding upon all affected parties, and not subject to appeal or external review.
The structural design of the Promotional Play treats each individual game spin as its own self-contained sweepstakes event. This means that no Sweepstakes Period is connected to, influenced by, or dependent upon any prior or subsequent Sweepstakes Period. Results do not carry forward, and odds are independently calculated for each spin.
Part D — Who May Participate: Eligibility Standards
D.1 Prerequisites for Participation
The Promotional Play is not open to the general public without limitation. To participate, an individual must continuously satisfy all of the following criteria from the moment they first access the Services through the entirety of their participation:
(a) The individual must be no younger than twenty-one (21) years of age — or the age of majority established by their jurisdiction of residence, whichever comes later — calculated at the time they attempt to enter any Sweepstakes Period.
(b) The individual must maintain lawful residency in the Permitted Territories. Temporary presence within a Permitted Territory without established residency does not satisfy this criterion.
(c) The individual must be physically located within the Permitted Territories at every moment they access the Services or participate in any Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to access the Services while physically present in a Prohibited Territory is unauthorized regardless of residency status.
(d) The individual must have completed all verification procedures the Sponsor requires, including but not limited to identity verification, age confirmation, and residency validation.
D.2 Void Where Prohibited
THESE RULES STRICTLY PROHIBIT PARTICIPATION AND DECLARE IT VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE IT VIOLATES APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW. The Promotional Play is governed by all applicable federal, state, territorial, and local laws and regulations, and it is the sole and absolute responsibility of each participant to confirm that their entry into and participation in the Sweepstakes is legal in their physical jurisdiction of residence at all times.
D.3 Binding Agreement Upon Participation
By participating in the Promotional Play, a Qualified Participant fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably agrees to these Rules and all final decisions the Sponsor makes in all matters related to the Promotional Play. Winning any prize strictly depends upon full compliance with all eligibility criteria, procedural requirements, and terms these Rules set forth.
D.4 Persons Who Cannot Win Prizes
The following individuals cannot win a prize: officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies or of any other parties involved in the operation of the Promotional Play and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the "steps" of each) and all persons living in the same household of each (collectively, the "Limited Persons").
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may designate any number of individuals to engage in the Promotional Play for entertainment, marketing and promotional purposes only. Any such designated individual may not win or redeem prizes (as Part H provides) or participate in any leaderboard or other feature establishing a competition among Qualified Participants.
Part E — Acquiring Sweepstakes Coins
A Qualified Participant cannot engage in the Promotional Play without Sweepstakes Coins. Before obtaining any Sweepstakes Coins, the Qualified Participant must create a free, verified account within the Sponsor's Services. The methods described below represent the only authorized channels through which Sweepstakes Coins may be obtained. These Rules strictly prohibit any other means of acquisition.
E.1 Claiming the Daily Login Reward
Each day, a Qualified Participant may collect a complimentary allocation of Sweepstakes Coins through the following in-platform process:
• Log into the verified account securely;
• Click the "Claim Coins" button prominently displayed at the top of the homepage in the Services;
• Select the "Daily Reward" option within the pop-up "Claim Coins" window;
• Click the "Collect" button to finalize the claim.
E.2 One-Time Mobile Number Verification Bonus
As part of the initial account registration process, a Qualified Participant has the option to verify a valid mobile phone number. Completing this verification successfully entitles the participant to a one-time credit of Sweepstakes Coins. The Sponsor determines the number of Sweepstakes Coins awarded for mobile verification at its sole discretion and may change this amount without prior notice.
E.3 Engagement-Based Challenges
The Services present daily tasks and challenges through which Qualified Participants may earn additional Sweepstakes Coins. Examples of such challenges include consecutive daily logins, in-platform engagement quests, and Promotional Play game participation — though the Sponsor may introduce new challenge types at any time. The number of Sweepstakes Coins offered for each challenge is displayed clearly within the Services at the time the Qualified Participant encounters the challenge, and reward amounts may vary between different tasks or challenges.
Important: Only Qualified Participants who have successfully completed the Sponsor's official identity and location verification process qualify to receive free Sweepstakes Coins via the AMOE described in Section E.4.
E.4 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Federal and state sweepstakes laws require that entry methods exist which do not involve any purchase. To comply with these requirements, the Sponsor maintains two distinct no-cost Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE). All AMOE submissions undergo rigorous verification by the Sponsor, and any submission that is incomplete or non-compliant will be deemed void without further notice.
E.4.1 Postal AMOE Request
A Qualified Participant may submit a postal AMOE request by handwriting all required information (no printed or machine-typed submissions accepted) and following these exact steps:
• Legibly handwrite a physical return address and the phrase "Sweepstakes Entry Request" on the front of a standard white envelope;
• Enclose a blank, unlined 4" x 6" white index card with the following legibly handwritten information (in English):
• One unique Postal Request Code (available exclusively in your verified account within the Services);
• Your full legal name (as provided on your government-issued photo ID), date of birth and your user id;
• The email address linked to your verified account;
• Your physical residential address associated with your verified account (no P.O. boxes allowed);
• The exact, unaltered statement: "I request Sweepstakes Coins to participate in the Promotional Play and confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Official Sweepstakes Rules."
• Seal the envelope and mail it via standard U.S. Postal Service mail to: 5024 S BUR OAK PLACE SUITE 200, SIOUX FALLS, SD, 57108
Processing: Each valid, individually mailed postal AMOE request will result in 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins being credited to the Qualified Participant's verified account within 7–10 business days of receipt. Bulk mailings, illegible submissions, incomplete cards, misaddressed envelopes, or requests with altered information are void and will not be honored. No notification will be provided for void requests.
E.4.2 Online AMOE Form
A Qualified Participant may request access to the Sponsor's secure, password-protected online AMOE form by sending a request to the official customer support email: [email protected]. Access to the online AMOE form is granted only after successful account verification, and the Qualified Participant must strictly follow the instructions the Sponsor's customer support provides for all submissions. Upon completion and verification of the online AMOE form, 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins will be credited to the Qualified Participant's verified account in accordance under the terms and instructions provided in the form.
E.5 Third-Party Application Interactions
An additional method of obtaining Sweepstakes Coins exists through clicking on third-party promotional materials or installing third-party applications the Sponsor designates within the Services. Each such interaction is governed by additional terms and conditions displayed at the time of the click or installation. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue this method at any time without prior notice.
E.6 Strictly Prohibited Acquisition Methods
The use of bots, automated software, scripts, fake identities, third-party entry services, proxy servers, VPNs, or any other unauthorized tool or method to obtain Sweepstakes Coins is categorically prohibited under these Rules. Detection of any such activity will trigger immediate suspension of the verified account from the Promotional Play, complete forfeiture of all accumulated Sweepstakes Coins, and any additional enforcement measures the Sponsor deems warranted in the circumstances.
E.7 Submission & Validity Standards
Every Sweepstakes Coin request must originate from and be submitted by the individual who holds the verified account. Third-party submissions are void and will not be honored under any circumstances.
The Sponsor's determination regarding whether any Sweepstakes Coin request is valid constitutes a final, binding decision not subject to challenge.
The Sponsor bears no liability for requests that are lost, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unreadable, misdirected, late, or undelivered — regardless of the cause — and no such request will be processed.
E.8 AMOE Support Channel
For all questions, concerns, or support requests regarding free Sweepstakes Coins or AMOE submissions, contact the Sponsor's customer support team at: [email protected].
Part F — How Sweepstakes Coins May (and May Not) Be Used
F.1 The Limited Purpose of Sweepstakes Coins
Sweepstakes Coins exist for one purpose: enabling participation in eligible Promotional Play games within the Services. They carry no intrinsic cash value, they cannot be exchanged for currency outside of the official redemption process described in Part H, and they remain non-transferable and non-sellable except as these Rules explicitly provide.
When a Qualified Participant uses Sweepstakes Coins to play eligible Promotional Play games, any Sweepstakes Coins won through valid, compliant gameplay may qualify for prize redemption subject to the conditions Part H of these Rules outlines.
F.2 Prohibited Conduct Involving Sweepstakes Coins
Under no circumstances may Sweepstakes Coins (in whole or in part) or verified accounts be traded, transferred, gifted, bartered, sold, or purchased. This prohibition is absolute and applies regardless of the platform, medium, or mechanism through which such activity occurs or is attempted. Violations may result in the Sponsor taking one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion:
• Temporary or permanent restriction, suspension, or termination of the verified account;
• Forfeiture of all Sweepstakes Coins and unclaimed prizes in the verified account;
• Permanent ban from the Services and any other platform of the Sponsor;
• Pursuit of legal remedies, where applicable, to recover any loss or damages of the Sponsor resulting from such prohibited activities.
Part G — How Game Outcomes Are Determined
G.1 The Sponsor's Right to Adjust Odds
The Sponsor retains sole, absolute discretion to adjust the odds of winning or the Return to Player (RTP) percentage of any Sweepstakes game at any time. One constraint applies: no adjustment may be implemented during an active game spin (i.e., between initiation and display of the final result). The purpose of any adjustment is to maintain compliance with legal requirements and preserve the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
G.2 Where to Find Odds & RTP Information
Every Promotional Play game's in-platform interface displays current and historical game odds or RTP details in a readily accessible format (typically through a dedicated "Odds & RTP" tab or equivalent section). Reviewing this information before initiating any game spin is the sole responsibility of the Qualified Participant.
G.3 Understanding Probability in the Promotional Play
Several principles govern how outcomes are determined, and each participant should understand them clearly:
First, no Sweepstakes Period outcome is influenced by any previous play history, duration of play, engagement level, or any other external factor. Each spin is an independent event.
Second, RTP is a theoretical long-term average payout rate calculated over an extended mathematical horizon. It varies by game and does not guarantee any specific result for any individual participant, game spin, or Sweepstakes Period.
Third, no game round or Sweepstakes Period is configured to favor or disfavor any participant. A random number generator (RNG) produces all game results, and the system operates in compliance with applicable gaming laws.
Part H — Winning, Verification & Claiming Prizes
MANDATORY VERIFICATION NOTICE: ACHIEVING A POTENTIALLY WINNING RESULT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTITLE A PARTICIPANT TO ANY PRIZE. THE SPONSOR SUBJECTS ALL POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS TO RIGOROUS ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION BEFORE ANY PRIZE IS RELEASED. ON-SCREEN WIN NOTIFICATIONS DO NOT CONSTITUTE OFFICIAL WINNER CONFIRMATION — THEY INDICATE ONLY THAT VERIFICATION WILL COMMENCE. THE SPONSOR MAKES FINAL AND BINDING DECISIONS REGARDING ALL VERIFICATION OUTCOMES. NO SCREENSHOTS, USER RECORDS, PHOTOGRAPHS, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PARTICIPANT-SUBMITTED EVIDENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICIAL VALIDATION PROCESS.
H.1 The Fundamental Rule of Prize Eligibility
No prize will be awarded unless and until the Sponsor has independently confirmed that the potential winner satisfies every eligibility criterion, procedural requirement, and substantive term outlined in these Rules and the Sponsor's Terms of Service. The burden of demonstrating compliance lies with the participant.
H.2 Documents the Sponsor May Require
Before releasing a prize, the Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return the following within a specified timeframe (communicated via customer support or in-platform notification):
• An affidavit of eligibility;
• A liability release; and
• A publicity release (where legally required or applicable).
Documents must be completed, signed, and returned in the format and by the deadline the Sponsor specifies. Late or incomplete submissions result in immediate prize forfeiture — no extensions will be granted.
H.3 What Happens When a Winner Fails to Comply
The consequences of non-compliance are absolute. Failing to respond to winner notifications within the specified timeframe, failing to return all required documentation in a timely, complete, and compliant manner, or failing to comply with any term of these Rules or the Sponsor's Terms of Service triggers the immediate, irrevocable forfeiture of the prize. No further recourse, compensation, or alternative award is available to the participant.
H.4 Selection of an Alternate Winner
Where a potential prize winner is disqualified or forfeits a prize for any reason, the Sponsor may — but is not obligated to — award the forfeited prize to another Qualified Participant in accordance with these Rules. The Sponsor may also elect to retain unawarded prizes.
H.5 Minimum Balance Threshold for Redemption
Prize redemption requests will only be processed for Qualified Participants who hold a minimum of 35 Sweepstakes Coins in their verified account at the time of the request. No exceptions will be made for any lower balance.
H.6 Redeeming Prizes for Cash
All cash prize redemption requests must be submitted through the Sponsor's official in-platform redemption portal in accordance with the posted instructions. A reasonable processing fee may be charged for cash prize redemptions, not exceeding the estimated actual cost of processing the payment (e.g., bank transfer fees).
H.7 Redeeming Non-Cash Prizes
Non-cash prize redemption requests are submitted through the same in-platform redemption portal. Non-cash prizes depend on availability; if a particular non-cash prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with one of comparable or greater retail value at its sole discretion. No prize substitution is permitted at the participant's request. A reasonable processing fee may apply (e.g., shipping fees for physical items). All non-cash prizes are awarded "as is" — the Sponsor provides no warranties or guarantees (express or implied) regarding any non-cash prize.
H.8 Tax Obligations Fall Entirely on the Winner
Prize winners bear sole and entire responsibility for all applicable federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges associated with receiving, redeeming, and using any prize the Sponsor awards. Where tax law requires, the Sponsor may:
• Report all prize winnings to the applicable and relevant tax authorities; and
• Withhold applicable taxes from prize disbursements.
H.9 Verification Steps Before Any Prize Is Released
The following requirements must be satisfied to the Sponsor's full satisfaction before any redemption is processed:
(a) Name matching: The legal name on the participant's chosen payment method (for cash) or delivery address (for non-cash) must exactly match the verified account information and government-issued ID on file;
(b) Completion of checks: All required identity, age, residency, and (where applicable) source of funds verification checks must be passed;
(c) AML compliance: For security and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes, cash prize redemptions are paid only to a bank account in the sole legal name of the prize winner. Joint bank accounts may be accepted only after additional verification of all account holders, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
H.10 Processing Timelines & Frequency Limits
Only one (1) prize redemption request is permitted per Qualified Participant/verified account within every 48 consecutive hours.
Valid redemption requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Cash prize payments may take up to 10 business days from the date of successful verification. Large Cash Prizes may require additional processing time due to security and bank clearance procedures, and may be issued in multiple installments at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
H.11 When Sweepstakes Coins & Prizes Are Forfeited
Three scenarios result in automatic forfeiture:
First, if a verified account is closed (voluntarily or involuntarily) while holding fewer than 50 Sweepstakes Coins, or without a qualifying redemption request having been processed, the account holder forfeits all claims to remaining Sweepstakes Coins and any associated prizes.
Second, upon termination or suspension of the Services (in whole or in part), all unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins across all participant accounts are immediately forfeited with no further prize redemptions permitted.
Third, if a Qualified Participant initiates a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for any purchase made within the Services, all pending prize redemption requests will be immediately canceled, future redemptions may be disallowed, and the account may be suspended or terminated at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
H.12 Laws That May Limit Prize Availability
Federal, state, or local laws may restrict the total value of prizes offered through promotional sweepstakes. For example, certain jurisdictions — including but not limited to the State of Florida — impose caps on aggregate prize values unless specific registration, bonding, or other legal prerequisites are met.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, limit, or substitute any prize, or to adjust the structure, value, or availability of prizes, in whole or in part, to maintain compliance with the law in any jurisdiction. Where prizes or prize values are restricted or prohibited, the Sponsor may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or limit participation or prize eligibility, at its sole discretion.
Qualified Participants bear responsibility for understanding the laws of their own jurisdiction regarding prize redemption through promotional sweepstakes. Redemption requests that are void under applicable law will not be processed.
By participating in the Promotional Play and/or submitting a prize redemption request, the participant acknowledges and accepts all provisions of this Part H.
Part I — Release of Claims & Indemnification
Participation in the Promotional Play — whether by entering a Sweepstakes Period or by any other form of engagement — constitutes an unconditional agreement by the Qualified Participant to each of the following:
(a) The participant shall comply with these Rules, the Sponsor's Terms of Service, and any final, binding decision made by the Sponsor in connection with the Promotional Play;
(b) The participant releases the Released Parties (defined as: the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and promotional partners) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the participant's entry, participation, acceptance, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize, or the exploitation of any entry;
(c) The participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless all Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, costs, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:
• The participant's participation in the Promotional Play or violation of these Rules or the Sponsor's Terms of Service;
• The participant's breach of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or
• The participant's redemption or use/misuse of any prize.
These indemnification obligations survive the termination or expiration of these Rules and continue beyond the end of the participant's involvement in the Promotional Play.
Part J — What the Released Parties Are Not Liable For
The Released Parties' liability is excluded to the fullest extent applicable law permits. Specifically, the Released Parties shall not be held responsible for:
(a) Errors in entry or account information that participants themselves provide — whether incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading;
(b) Technical failures including but not limited to server outages, internet disconnections, device malfunctions, software errors, or RNG malfunctions;
(c) Unauthorized human interference in the entry process, operation, or prize award of the Promotional Play;
(d) Administrative, technical, or human errors in the processing or verification of entries or prize redemptions;
(e) Personal injury, property damage, or any other harm resulting from participation in the Promotional Play, use or misuse of any prize, or access to the Sponsor's Services;
(f) Loss or unavailability of Sweepstakes Coins, entries, or prizes caused by platform maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
J.1 The Only Remedy Available for Technical Errors
In the narrow circumstance where a Qualified Participant's Sweepstakes Coins or winning game play are lost, corrupted, or invalidated solely due to a technical error within the Sponsor's Services, the Qualified Participant's sole and exclusive remedy is the replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweepstakes Coins by the Sponsor, at its sole discretion. No other compensation, damages, or remedies of any kind — including prize replacement — shall be available under any circumstances or under any legal theory.
Part K — Administrative & Miscellaneous Provisions
K.1 The Sponsor's Power to Modify or Cancel
The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Services (in whole or in part) or these Rules at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to participants. Reasons that may warrant such action include but are not limited to:
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government orders);
• Suspected fraud, tampering, or security breaches;
• Technical failures or malfunctions that compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper functioning of the Promotional Play; or
• Changes in applicable laws that render continued operation non-compliant.
K.2 Immediate Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to immediately disqualify — without warning or prior notice — any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these Rules or the Terms of Service, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive manner. This right is exercised at the Sponsor's sole discretion and its exercise is not subject to review.
K.3 Legal Action Against Bad Actors
Interference with the lawful operation of the Promotional Play may violate criminal and civil statutes. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek all available legal relief — including damages, injunctive relief, and costs — against any person responsible for such interference, to the fullest extent the law permits.
K.4 No Waiver by Inaction
The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules at a particular time does not waive that provision or impair the Sponsor's right to enforce it later. No oral or written statement by any Sponsor employee or agent constitutes a waiver of any provision of these Rules or the Terms of Service.
K.5 Modifications & Continued Participation
When the Services or these Rules are modified, the Sponsor will communicate the changes through in-platform notification or other reasonable channels. A participant's continued enrollment or participation following such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
K.6 How to Reach Us
For all questions, inquiries, support requests, or verification-related matters, contact the Sponsor's customer support team at: [email protected].
Part L — Apple Platform Disclaimer
The Sponsor's Services are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. Apple Inc. does not participate in or sponsor the Services, and bears no responsibility for any aspect of the Services, including but not limited to entry or participation in the Promotional Play, prize award, prize fulfillment, or technical issues related to the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to release and hold harmless Apple Inc. from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Services.
